Bookings and Payment

– You can make a booking by e-mail info@t-apartmenthotel.ee or through our website www.t-apartmenthotel.ee
– We require a prepayment of 30%, which can be made by bank transfer or by credit card (Stripe). The prepayment can be made using Stripe during booking process or we will send an invoice by e-mail that has to be paid in 3 days to ensure the booking.
– The remainder 70% for standard bookings should be paid latest 7 days prior to arrival. In case the booking is for a high demand period then the remainder should be paid 30 days prior to arrival.
– When booking apartment damage deposit 200 EUR will be required.
– A damage deposit payment can be done by credit card or with a bank transfer.
– The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property and the apartment rules have been followed.
– Damage and loss. You have to pay for any damage caused during your stay, which is beyond normal wear and tear. Also T-apartmenthotel.ee reserves the right to charge a deposit on arrival without previous notice.

Check-in and Check-out

– Check-in for the green house (Väike-Ameerika 24) is available starting from 14:00 (2PM) and check-out have to be made at 11:00 (11AM).

– Check-in for the red house (Tehnika 91) is available starting from 15:00 (3PM) and check-out have to be made at 12:00 (12PM).
– Guests are given access codes that open the front door of the building, apartment doors and the gate.
– The access code is personal and confidential. The guest is responsible for the safety of his/her code.

Rates

– All prices of accommodation can be found on our website T-apartmenthotel.ee using the Booking system.
– Published prices include bedlinen, towels, soap and shampoo, kitchen equipment and supplies, free high speed Wi-Fi Internet, cable television and use of the washing machine.
– Final cleaning: 25 EUR.
– All children under 6 years stay free of charge when sleeping in the same bed with parents.
– We offer baby cot and baby chair on request (subject to availability) – free of charge.
– Parking is available in the back yard – requires booking (1 parking space per booking – subject to availability)- free of charge.
– Please note all prices may be subject to change. T-apartmenthotel.ee has a right to change prices without prior notification.

Pets
– Pets are not allowed.

Parties and quiet hours

– Parties/events are not allowed. The number of people allowed in the apartment is conditioned by the number of guests in the booking, additional guests are not allowed.

– Quiet hours 23.00-07.00.

Cancellation Policy
– Advance payment of 30% is non-refundable. Additional cancellation fees will not be charged when cancellation is done latest 7 days prior to arrival (2pm local time).
– It is not possible to cancel the booking within the last 7 days. Customer shall be liable for the total cost and T-apartmenthotel.ee will not make any refund.
– T-apartmenthotel.ee retains the right to deduct from your credit card any fees under the terms of these conditions.

T-apartmenthotel.ee reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notification.
