One bedroom apartment, located on 2 levels – basement floor and first floor, view to the opposite house. The apartment is divided into a living room / kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a spacious hall with a wardrobe. The apartment accommodates maximum 6 persons. No sunlight in the apartment.

Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with tableware, cutlery, pots, cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Washing machine and hairdryer in the bathroom.

Apartment has air conditioning (can only be used during the summer period).

Flat screen TV 40″ in the living room.

Spacious bedroom with king bed and queen bed. Sofa bed in the living room (with comfortable matress inside).

High quality soft mattresses in every bed. Including amenities: bedlinen, towels, handsoap and shampoo.

Iron and ironboard avilable at the premises (shared by the guests).

Baby cods and chairs are available on request (limited amount).

Parking available in the backyard.

Backyard with seating area to relax and a playground for children to enjoy the outdoors.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable advance payment of 30% is paid during the booking process.
The remainder 70% for standard bookings should be paid latest 7 days prior to arrival. In case the booking is for a high demand period then the remainder should be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposit Policy

A damage deposit 200 EUR credit card guarantee form to be submitted. The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property.
Damage and loss. You have to pay for any damage caused during your stay which is beyond normal wear and tear.
