1 bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom with queen bed. Sofa bed in the living room (with comfortable matress inside).

High quality soft mattresses in every bed. Including amenities: bedlinen, towels, handsoap and shampoo.

Baby cots and chairs are available on request (limited amount).

Parking available (1 parking space per apartment).

Check-in time is at 15.00 and check-out time is 12.00.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable advance payment of 30% is paid during the booking process.
The remainder 70% for standard bookings should be paid latest 7 days prior to arrival. In case the booking is for a high demand period then the remainder should be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposit Policy

A damage deposit 300 EUR credit card guarantee form to be submitted. The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property.
Damage and loss. You have to pay for any damage caused during your stay which is beyond normal wear and tear.
