House has a fully equipped kitchen with tableware, cutlery, pots, cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. Washing machine-dryer and hairdryer in the bathroom and also iron and ironboard in the house.

Flat screen TV 55″ in the living room.

Master bedroom with King bed. Second bedroom has sofa bed and third bedroom has 90x190cm bed.

High quality soft matresses in every bed. Including amenities: bedlinen, towels, handsoap and shampoo.

Baby cods and chairs are available on request (limited amount).

Parking available in the backyard.

Backyard with seating area to relax and a playground for children to enjoy the outdoors.

Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable advance payment of 30% is paid during the booking process.
The remainder 70% for standard bookings should be paid latest 7 days prior to arrival. In case the booking is for a high demand period then the remainder should be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Deposit Policy

A damage deposit 400 EUR credit card guarantee form to be submitted. The damage deposit is fully refundable if there is no damage inflicted to the property.
Damage and loss. You have to pay for any damage caused during your stay which is beyond normal wear and tear.
