The Red House is situated at Tehnika 91. It is a new building built in 2019. It has 3 floors and 5 apartments. The first floor apartments have terraces and the 3-bedroom apartments have balconies. There are parking spaces in front of the yard in a closed yard.

The Green House
The Green House is located at Väike-Ameerika 24. It is an heritage protection building that was fully renovated in 2017. The building has ten 1-bedroom apartments on 3 floors in different sizes (plus an additional basement floor for the 2-level apartments number 1, 2 and 3). Backyard with parking spaces, a little sitting area and a swing for the children.
