Booking and Payment
- Reservations can be made via e-mail info@t-apartmenthotel.ee or through our website www.t-apartmenthotel.ee booking system.
- A 30% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation. Advance payment can be made by using Stripe payment on our website, bank transfer or on the basis of an invoice.
- The remaining 70% for standard reservations must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. If the reservation is during a period of high demand, the remaining amount must be paid 30 days before arrival.
- When booking the apartment, a deposit of 200 EUR is required.
- The deposit can only be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
- The security deposit is returned in full to the customer upon departure if no damage has been caused to the apartment/yard.
- The customer is obliged to pay for damages caused by him. T-apartmenthotel.ee also reserves the right to reserve a deposit from the customer upon arrival without notice.
Check-in and check-out
- Green House: Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is no later than 11.00 / Red House: Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is no later than 12.00.
- Guests are given access codes that can be used to open the front door of the house, the apartment door and the yard gate.
- The apartment code is personal and the customer is responsible for the confidentiality of his/hers code.
Accommodation prices
- All accommodation prices can be found on our website www.t-apartmenthotel.ee when using the booking system. Please contact us directly for longer stays, we will send you an offer.
- The prices include bedlinen, towels, soap, shampoo, kitchen appliances and accessories, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, cable TV and use of a washing machine.
- Weekend prices are valid on Friday and Saturday.
- The high season is in the summer period from June 1 to August 31 and at Christmas and New Year’s Eve from December 23 to January 1.
- The price of the final cleaning of the 1-bedroom apartment is 25 EUR, 2-bedroom apartment is 30 EUR and 3-bedroom apartment is 40 EUR.
- Children under 5 sharing a bed with their parents can stay for free.
- Baby beds and highchairs are free of charge (limited amount, have to be requested)
- Parking is free of charge- 1 parking space per reservation. There is a limited number of parking spaces (reservation is required).
- The accommodation company has the right to change the prices without prior notice.
Guest Responsibilities
- Use the apartment for intended purposes and keep it in order.
- The access code is personal and confidential. The guest is responsible for the safety of his/her code.
- Use water and electricity sparingly.
- Do not let strangers into your apartment.
- The outer footwear must be taken off in the vestibule.
- When leaving your apartment, make sure your apartment door as well as the main door and gate is closed properly.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment! Smoking is only permitted outside. The fine for smoking in the apartment is 300 EUR.
- Please do not take anything out from the apartment.
- Any loss or damage caused by the guest should be informed to Tallinn Apartment Hotel and be compensated in case the guest is found responsible.
- Tallinn Apartment Hotel does not have any responsibility for loss of guest personal belongings in the apartment.
- Guests must behave in a civil manner, refraining from loud noise and rude behaviour, which may disturb other people. If a guest behaves in an unacceptable or aggressive manner to other guests, neighbours or Tallinn Apartment Hotel personnel, then a fine will be charged.
- The apartments are not intended for social events. The number of people allowed in the apartment is conditioned by the fixed number of beds. Toddlers are allowed extra when sleeping with the parents or using a baby cod.
- In Estonia peace and quiet is required from 23h00 (11pm). The creation of unreasonable, loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise made after this time may result in a fine of 300 EUR.
- It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the apartment. Any person(s) found to be creating excessive noise, having a party in the apartment, or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests, will be evicted without refund. The fine for partying in the apartment is 300 EUR.
- The apartment has to be left in good condition. In case the apartment needs extra cleaning the costs will be charged from guest.
- For lost and found inquiries please contact us by phone or e-mail. A guest or visitor inquiring about the lost item should provide proper identification before the item is returned. Lost and found items will be stored for a period of 1 month after which the items will be discarded.
Pets
- Pets are not allowed.
Cancellation of reservations
- The 30% paid at the time of booking is non-refundable – if the booking is cancelled, the advance payment will not be returned to the customer.
- If the reservation is canceled a week before arrival, no additional requirements are presented to the customer.
- It is not possible to cancel the reservation during the last week before arrival. The customer is obliged to pay the total amount of the reservation, and T-apartmenthotel.ee will not return the money paid.
Responsibility of T-apartmenthotel.ee
- T-apartmenthotel.ee is obliged to keep prepaid reservations.
- T-apartmenthotel.ee is obliged to keep the apartment reserved for the guest.
- In the case of broken equipment, T-apartmenthotel.ee is obliged to do its best to repair or replace the broken items.
- T-apartmenthotel.ee is not responsible for circumstances beyond its control (for example, technical failures, utility or other services).
- T-apartmenthotel.ee is not responsible for complaints that are not submitted immediately after the defects are discovered.
- T-apartmenthotel.ee cannot guarantee complete silence in the guest apartment complex.
- The ability to fulfill special requests will be revealed upon arrival and is not guaranteed.
T-apartmenthotel.ee reserves the right to change the rules without notice.
